John Immel

   John Immel is an educator and theologian with a passion for integrating faith, philosophy, and holistic health. A Harvard University graduate in Computer Science and Mathematics, John has spent three years extensively studying Catholic theology and virtue psychology

   After exploring various spiritual paths, including Islam and yoga, John returned to Catholicism, blending his deep faith with scientific approaches to well-being. He trained under Dr. Vasant Lad in Ayurvedic medicine and founded Joyful Belly, an institute that has helped thousands improve their health through science-based practices. ​

    Now he runs Noble Cross academy, a school dedicated to spiritual health and happiness.
